Sunday services are from 10:30 pm to Noon. Children worship with their family members.
Our services are designed to meet the spiritual needs of our congregation. We offer preaching/teachings centered on the Word of God and aim to provide truth-filled and relevant sermons.
We welcome new visitors with open arms and want you to feel comfortable coming to us with any questions or concerns that you may have.
Statement of Faith
Recognizing the presence of God is unlike anything you can experience in life. It is a life-changing experience that encompasses you and empowers you to become a righteous individual and fulfill your true purpose.At Balm of Gilead, we believe that Jesus Christ came and died for our sins and was resurrected so that we may have eternal life. We believe in the ministry of the Holy Spirit to glorify Christ, convict men of sin, righteousness, and judgment, and empower the believer [John 15:26, John 16:8, 14; Acts 1:8].
Spreading the word of God is essential to our mission as Disciples of Christ. God loves his creation so much and cares deeply for their soul. He calls upon us to spread the Gospel of His Kingdom worldwide through evangelism and servant leadership to communities, cities, and Nations. This includes church planting, helping others through donations, community outreach, and the power of prayer.
We also recognize the importance of teaching young people about God. Children are a heritage from the Lord [Psalms 127:3]. We are to raise our children as caretakers of their souls because they have a destiny in God. If you raise them in the reverence, discipline and teaching of the Lord, then they will live in that inheritance when they grow older.
